​Ready to party? Here’s how it all works! To secure your chosen date, we ask for a 50% deposit at the time of booking, with the remaining balance (plus any fab add-ons you’ve chosen) due on the day – payable via BACS or good old-fashioned cash. Once you’ve submitted your booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email, followed shortly by a personal message from me to chat through your theme, guest numbers, and venue details. I’ll then put together a custom design mock-up to show you what I think we can create – all styled to perfection and sent your way within a few days for your approval or tweaks. As your party date approaches, I’ll be in touch to confirm final numbers – especially important if you’ve opted for party bags – and make sure everything’s good to go. A day or two before, I’ll send over easy-to-follow instructions for any games, props or crafts included, so you're totally prepped. On the big day, I’ll arrive at our agreed time to set everything up, and before the fun begins, I’ll just need you to sign a quick damage/liability form. Then I’ll leave you to enjoy the celebration (unless you’ve booked our Face Glitter Add-On – in which case, I’ll be staying to add some sparkle!). Once the party winds down, I’ll return to collect my bits and help with the tidy-up. Stress-free, super fun, and full of magic – just the way parties should be!
