Custom Stationery T&Cs
These terms apply to all custom and semi-custom stationery orders, including invitations, signage, banners, and printed materials.
Ordering & Payment
-
All custom stationery orders are quoted individually based on your specific requirements.
-
Once a design and scope of work are agreed, full payment is required upfront before any design work begins.
-
Payment is non-refundable due to the time and materials allocated to your order.
-
Orders are only confirmed once payment is received in full.
Design Process
-
After payment, you’ll receive a digital proof to approve before anything is sent to print.
-
You are responsible for carefully checking all details (names, dates, spellings, times, addresses, etc.) in the proof.
-
Once approved, Kay Bear Events is not liable for any errors or changes.
Edits & Revisions
-
Two rounds of revisions are included with your order.
-
Additional changes beyond this may incur a small design fee.
-
Major design changes after approval may require re-quoting and re-printing costs.
Turnaround Times
-
Standard turnaround for most orders is 2–4 weeks, depending on the complexity and size of your order.
-
Rush orders may be possible depending on availability but may incur an additional charge.
-
If your order is part of a party package, we'll coordinate timings to ensure everything is ready for your event.
Delivery & Collection
-
Custom stationery can be:
-

-
Delivered locally (fees may apply)
-

Kay Bear Events is not responsible for any delays caused by postal services or third-party couriers.
Refunds & Cancellations
-
Due to the custom nature of the work, all payments are non-refundable.
-
If you need to postpone your event, we’re happy to update dates or wording on stationery before print (subject to a small fee if significant redesign is needed).
-
Once your items have been printed, no refunds or changes can be made.

-
All design work remains the intellectual property of Kay Bear and may not be copied, reused, or altered without permission.
